The authors experienced a case of pulmonary paragonimiasis with ectopic parasitism in a 12 year
old male with a complaint of diffuse soft tissuse swelling of the left hand.
The diagnosis was comfirmed by laboratory, radiological and biopsy findings. .
A brief review of literature is included.
